S\u00f3n molts els que pateixen trastorns d&#8217;estr\u00e8s, ansietat, depressi\u00f3, insomni, entre altres, fins i tot sense saber-ho. PsiCovid \u00e9s una aplicaci\u00f3 per a Android i Apple espec\u00edficament creada per als professionals sanitaris en primera l\u00ednia davant la pand\u00e8mia de la COVID-19. Ha estat dissenyada per un equip de psic\u00f2legs i psiquiatres de diferents institucions, en estudis liderats pel nostre grup GRAPP-caIB. Els resultats han mostrat que durant dues setmanes d&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 no es van produir millores en la depressi\u00f3, ansietat, estr\u00e8s, etc., en professionals sanitaris davant la COVID-19 en comparaci\u00f3 amb un grup control. No obstant aix\u00f2, en aquells que rebien simult\u00e0niament psicoter\u00e0pia o psicof\u00e0rmacs, s\u00ed que es va demostrar una millora en aquests problemes de salut mental. Amb usos m\u00e9s prolongats de l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3, els resultats podrien ser millors.
