Psychologist and PhD in Psychology (2015), with a career that coherently integrates research, clinical practice, and university teaching. I was an associate professor in the Department of Psychology at the UIB for more than a decade (2010–2022), and I am currently developing my research activity at IdISBa in the field of Primary Care. Research technician of the Network for Research on Chronicity, Primary Care and Health Promotion (RICAPPS).

My main lines of research focus on depressive disorders, mental health prevention, healthy lifestyle factors, and the use of health‑related technologies (mHealth).
